The red pepper corns 👌👌 #ScottishSalmonBonneFemme with crushed #JerseyRoyals and English #Asparagus was a bit of a come down from the first 2 courses the sauce was excellent but I expected more flavour in the fish. The #StrawberryFlambé with ice cream and raspberry sauce was a let down though. Good theatre as they flambé it in front of you though.
