This mini series tapped into my emotions and my childhood, I knew exactly what I was doing at every given point, especially when the showed the story of my favourite ever #NewEdition song #CoolItNow myself and my brother use to break to this, when we were kids in Ghana touring round all the family parties back home getting money stuffed down our shirts dancing to this song.!! Words can’t describe how this 4 part series made me feel as someone who lived this first hand. I grew up in #London not #America but was exposed the same things as over there through outlets like #BehindTheBeat #Yo #RapCity on #Videotron and late night #LWT to name a few for those that know. I have been quiet for a few days to watch this a few times to really take in the direction and emotions of reliving a lot of my best every times growing up, and why I do what I do. #SteveStoute really captured something amazing here.
